Fees
Fee is £50 per hour (plus travel fee of £30 within a distance of 20 miles).
No VAT to add as I am not VAT registered. I know the amount I charge is quite low, but I provide this service out of an interest in H&S and a willingness to educate and give confidence to others so that they can complete their own H&S management well.
An average fire risk assessment for a small premises will be an estimated £250-£300 (more for larger and complex buildings).
I offer discounts to charities and churches.
I only charge for my time on remote working such as COSHH assessments, reviewing and editing risk assessments and providing general advice.
Audits
I am a ROSPA trained auditor and can audit for the following:
- Safety critical audit covering areas such as: electrical, gas, fire and asbestos safety - amongst many others
- Playground safety - ROSPA trained external playground assessor
- Fire safety premises, residential, educational and non-domestic premises
- Access audits (the old DDA) for your premises
You will receive a site visit and then a report of my findings.
General consultancy
Work involves advising and supporting clients, completing fire risk assessments, writing bespoke risk and COSHH assessments and assisting with third party accreditations.
