I am a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner who has over 25 years railway experience. I consider my main leadership skills to be determination and integrity which have helped me to influence safe working practices across all levels of the workforce. I am passionate about driving safety culture and enjoy the challenge of getting others to believe that a safe workplace is both achievable and productive to the business. I lead and conduct compliance audits and inspections, identify where effectiveness can be improved and monitor corrective or preventative measures.

At Donaldson Safety, we can help our clients to develop and improve the performance of their Safety Management Systems. COSHH
At Donaldson Safety, we will complete written COSHH assessments on activities that might, or do, present a significant health & safety risk to either employees or others affected by your work activities.
The goal is always to ensure that enough precautions have been taken to prevent harm from happening.
· Develop a COSHH assessment process to identify hazards, assess risks, and determine effectiveness of risk controls
· Define a clear process of when to apply risk assessment, and what tools to use
