Overview
Experienced in providing an extensive health and safety advice service to all levels of staff including the senior leadership team, senior managers, employees, Headteachers, School Business Managers and Caretakers. I ensure standards are reached in terms of quality and consistency of advice; ease of access to the service by clients; and developing and maintaining positive working relationships. Areas of specialism include fire safety, asbestos management, ergonomic office and teaching environments, risk assessments, accident investigations, construction safety - particularly in relation to the 'Client' as defined in the Construction, Design & Management Regulations and COVID-19. I have recently completed the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship course which I found really interesting and have incorporated many aspects learned into my everyday working practices.
