Responsible for HSE compliance across Site which employed 1100. My role included full management of HSE along with been responsible for waste compliance. reviewing current standards and writing up new standards, Risk assessments etc.

The role also included holding and ensuring cost savings for the training, and H&S budget.

Ensuring compliance to 18001, 14001 through internal auditing.

I had a team of seven direct reports who I managed in all aspects of HSE compliance and also training of individuals on site.
