Duties:
• Carrying out site inspections/audits with photographic evidence and documented reports
• Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are being adhered to
• Issuing H&S Templates to the internal team
• Monitor and report on site Accidents and incidents and report through internal procedures
• Support and advise on HSE Management and compliance
• Work with department managers to implement an H&S culture
• Managing a team of site based Safety Advisors
• Support the SHEQ Director in developing/improving a healthy Health & Safety culture.

Duties included:
H&S:
• Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies
• Drawing up safe operational practices and making necessary changes
• Writing reports, bulletins and newsletters
• Making presentations to groups of employees/managers
• Providing health and safety meetings and training courses for
• Employees Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety
Legislation
• Writing company safety policies and procedures
• Carrying safety audits on several construction sites
Quality:
• Carrying out quality inspections (Pre and Post Pouring concrete)
• Attending client, design and site meetings
• Undertaking timely site inspections with documented reporting on same
• The use of a company cloud compliance system for all of the above task
• Coordination and liaison with all parties involved in a construction project
• Preparing BCAR documentation
• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
• Determining training needs
• Carrying work/product quality audits

Duties:
• Effective communication and implementation of site rules & company health and safety policy;
• Regular Audits, recognizing the hazards and risks, reporting and recording them through to closure;
• Review and updating of site documentation such as method statements and risk assessments;
• Follow safe working practices and procedures, including reviewing, investigating and recording near
miss reports and incidents;
• Organize/conduct on-site safety inductions and complying with C19 guidelines.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks and chair safety meetings;
• Carry out site specific emergency drills;
• Maintain and update all site registers, such as, training matrix.
