I strive to be an advocate for pragmatic Safety, Health & Wellbeing in the workplace. I've been doing this for the past 5 years in a range of industries including construction, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, leisure and hospitality.
I have achieved an MSc in Safety, Health and Wellbeing From Cardiff Metropolitan University with additional qualifications as a lead auditor for ISO 45001:2018, Fire risk assessment, crane operations appointed person, managing team stress, business skills and delivering training. I am a Chartered Member of IOSH.
I enjoy working with good people, who do their best to achieve shared goals. I spend my spare time being curious, working towards my personal goals and spending time with my family and friends.
