Achieved ROSPA “Presidents award” through implementation of safe systems of work resulting in reducing accident/illness rates.

Key involvement in the development of web-based systems that greatly reduced the time taken for consultants to create reports and policies which in turn reduced office administration time for document compilation.
Assisted with growing the safety advice team and established call handling protocols, worked on client database to create reports for management, contributed to client newsletter articles and technical content of policy arrangements.
Involved in company recruitment and interview process for administration staff and consultants.
