Overview
Having spent a 32 year career leading Health & Safety and managing change within three prominent Cumbrian businesses, I launched Sanderson Safety Ltd in April 2018 to provide both practical & professional advice to organise and improve Health and Safety in any workplace.
During my career I have helped businesses develop compliant standards by achieving ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety).
I have a flexible approach, communicate concisely and although a strong team worker, I also enjoy the discipline associated with working as an individual.
I am actively involved in the Cumbria Working Well Together Initiative and I am also a Director of Construction Training (Cumbria) Ltd.
