Dalziel Health & Safety Services Limited is run by an accomplished and versatile SHEQ professional with over 25-year experience within the construction industry, who is passionate about engaging with others, to establish and maintain a programme of continual improvement and achieving results, utilising strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.

With over 15 years of experience in my previous role as the H&S/IMS Manager at a major social housebuilder in the Scottish Central belt, I am highly competent in managing and overseeing all aspects of health, safety, environmental and welfare issues within the construction sector.

As part of my role, I was required to conduct monthly site inspections, undertake risk assessments review and preparation, undertake accident and incident investigations as required, and provide H&S advice and periodical training to staff and workforce.

My core competencies also include auditing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and continual improvement with various standards, such as PAS99, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001.

I am passionate about engaging with senior management and site managers to establish and maintain a programme of continual improvement in H&S/IMS management and delivering results. 

I have a successful track record in achieving challenging targets and objectives, utilising my industry expertise and strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
