I am a highly qualified Health & Safety professional with a multitude of experience. From implementing and delivering systems and procedures, to promoting positive safety cultures. I am experienced in delivering support across a range of disciplines and business sectors.

I hold a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and am a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), I hold a Professionally Qualified person CSCS card.

I have a positive, friendly and pragmatic approach to Health & Safety management, and always places a strong focus on providing practical, hands-on advice and support to
clients. I am currently based in South East Essex.

Senior H&S Advisor	07.2011 - 07.2011	London Gateway was one of the largest construction projects in the UK over a 2 square mile site, 22 Principal Contractors and over 2000 personnel working daily across a range of disciplines such as; civil engineering, road, rail, new building construction (i.e. office, logistics warehouses, Border inspection, workshops, sub-stations) port construction, environmental remediation and dredging. On completion of the initial projects London Gateway took ownership of the facilities and opened as an operational deep-sea container port in Q4 2013. As a member of the client Safety Health Environmental Leadership Team (SHELT) for the client DP World, my role was to promote a positive Health and Safety culture and safe working environment across all of the project areas to ensure that legal compliance was maintained.
Health and Safety Consultant	11.2015 - today	I am currently employed by Citation Ltd. ‘Services supplied by Citation Ltd include preparation and implementation of Health & Safety systems, on-site inspections, Health and Safety audits and surveys, advice on risk and COSHH assessments and training. We provide health and safety expertise for clients of all sizes across a range of sectors including construction, professional services, care, dentists, funeral directors, hotel and leisure, retail, service industries, schools and veterinary practices etc’. My role is to assist and support clients in all H&S related matters as provided by Citation.
