I advise and support our supply chain partners develop and maintain their health and safety management systems to required industry accredited standard ISO45001.

As the manager of a diverse, multi-disciplined construction and civil engineering design team, my responsibilities also included the management of health & safety standards within the group.
Working under extreme pressure to meet stringent deadlines were regular experiences. During this period the new CDM Regulations (NI) 1995 came into operation. My team were trained to ensure the new regulations were fully understood with emphasis on our designers duties.
