Fire Risk Assessment: A fire risk assessment helps you identify and address fire hazards, ensures you’re meeting legal requirements, and most importantly, protects people and property from fire. It’s a critical part of keeping your business safe.
When you get a Fire or DSEAR risk assessment for your business, here’s what you can expect to receive:
Comprehensive Evaluation: We will conduct a thorough inspection of your premises, looking for potential hazards and evaluating your existing safety measures.
Detailed Report: After the assessment, you’ll receive a detailed report that includes:
- Identified Hazards: A list of all the dangerous substances and potential fire and explosion risks and hazards found during the assessment.
- Risk Evaluation: An analysis of how likely these hazards are to cause a fire or explosion and the potential impact.
- Safety Measures: An evaluation of your current controls, such as alarm systems, means of escape, ATEX Zones, etc.
Actionable Recommendations: The report will provide specific recommendations to reduce or eliminate the identified risks. In a DSEAR assessment you will recieve a description of hazardous area classifications and a basis of safety for each area assessed.
Prioritised Action Plan: The recommendations will be prioritised, so you’ll know which actions are most urgent and need to be addressed first.
Compliance Guidance: We will ensure you understand the legal requirements for Fire and DSEAR in your business and how to meet them.
Ultimately, what you’ll get is peace of mind, knowing that you’ve done whats needed to protect your business, employees, and customers from the risks associated with dangerous substances.
If you need help with any of this, consider getting a professional risk assessment. It’ll give you a clear picture of your risks and the steps you need to take to manage them.
