Main duties include assisting the employer to meet the responsibility as Duty Holder in the areas of Commercial buildings and domestic, advisory in the asbestos management and remedial works across residential properties; Fire Safety in compliance with the Fire safety order in carrying out Fire Audit and Fire risk assessments;

Responsibility for the development, management and delivery of Health and Safety strategy and functions, embedding the Health & Safety Culture across all disciplines and service delivery of the Organisation in compliance with the Company Health & Safety Policy.

Responsible for providing regular health and safety compliance reports to the organisation Managing Director and Operations Board.

Overall responsibility for managing the ongoing monitoring, review and updating, of all relevant procedures and processes and where appropriate the introduction of new procedures; and ensuring that are effectively communicated across the organisation.

Responsible for managing incidents and near miss reporting, ensuring reportable accidents are reported to the Enforcing Authorities. Were appropriate to carryout accidents or near investigations producing accidents or near miss reports outlining direct and indirect caused, developing and reviewing preventative control measure.  Ensuring accurate records are kept and provide advice and support against insurance and civil claims. 

Advising on all aspects of construction safety. Responsible for the delivery of in-house health and safety training and CDM Coordination services
