On 6th April 2015 the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations changed and the requirement to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator was replaces with the role of the principal designer. However, we now currently assist a number of princiapl designers in fulfilling their role under the regulations. COMPETENT EXTERNAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ADVISER SERVICE
