On 6th April 2015 the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations changed and the requirement to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator was replaces with the role of the principal designer. However, we now currently assist a number of princiapl designers in fulfilling their role under the regulations. We are highly experienced CDM Co-ordinators and have worked on numerous projects in the retail, commercial and refurbishment industries. We are qualified to degree level, Chartered Members of IOSH, registered members of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register(OSHCR) and have NVQ Level 5 in Health and safety as well as NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH Fire Certificate qualifications. COMPETENT EXTERNAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ADVISER SERVICE
It is a legal requirement of Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 that all businesses appoint a Competent Person with sufficient qualifications and experience to provide health and safety advice.
