Reviewed and updated most of the Life Saving & Fire Fighting Appliances and Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) plans and advised implementation of corrective actions required before work in the UK Offshore Sector commenced. |

Developed HSSEQ and Emergency Response procedures and SMS for the new production platform and the future oil field. Provide guidance and advice to all members of the management team and stakeholders on safety and marine matters. Ensured that relevant legislation is understood and complied with. The FPF platform Emergency Command Team member. Achieved; created all new HSSEQ procedures for the installation as a part of the SMS. Translated to Polish ISSOW Permit to Work System and made it dual-lingual (Polish and English). Achieved positive response and change, when SOLAS LSA such as lifeboats (TEMPSC) were not complying with UK safety regulations. HSSEQ Advisor, EP UK, UKCS Duties: Provide platform management and SHE Advisor with HSSEQ advice and assistance during Complex Shutdown. This included assisting with Breaking Containment, Confined Space Entry, Inspections (e.g. Drop Objects, Emergency Equipment – LSA and FFE), SHE Meetings, helicopter briefings, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis sessions. Achieved corrective actions and improvements after investigating incident (with high death potential) related to material storage and fall from height.
