RESPONSIBILITIES During Engineering & Procurement Phase: § Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE Management System on all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning up to Mechanical Completion) of the project. § To establish Project HSE Plan including HSE Policy (based on Corporate HSE Policy) and continually improve it. § Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Project HSE Management Plan based on Companies Management standards and Project requirements. § Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Project HSE Management System to project employees. King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Centre (KAPSARC) - 530,000 square meter state of the art research facility that has research and office complex, a residential community that will accommodate around 1,000 residents and a utility zone to serve the community.

Project handled: 1. Construction of ESJ BUILDING (47M pesos) This project is a single basement 7-storey building located in Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig. It has a total floor area of 8,000 sq. m. comprising of at least 80 units for residential lease. 2. Fit-out works for HOTEL INTERCONTINENTAL MANILA (28M pesos) The project comprises of total renovation of HIM including complete restoration of electromechanical works. HIM is a five-star hotel catering to both local and foreign clientele. It is a 14-storey building including rooftop restaurant and a one level basement. Malolos-Clark Railway Project The project will support the construction of two sections, totaling 53.1 kilometers (km), of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR), a 163 km suburban railway network connecting the regional center of Clark in Central Luzon with Metro Manila and Calamba, Laguna.
