Looking to work with small businesses who believe safety is about people over processes. Mark Mentors new & small business owners to feel confident by simplifying safety and doing the basics brilliantly.
Mark is a walking, talking conscience believing coaching is the future of consulting. With over 15 years experience in Local Authority, Construction & BAE Systems. Mark is a Chartered Safety Professional holding diploma qualification in both Safety and Coaching.
Mark left corporate life to pursue Safety Coaching longing for more value by putting people before processes. Mentoring builds relationships, Identifies goals and applies principles in a way that works for you. Its doing safety with people so it is agreed, owned and achieved. If we do it well the reassurance and compliance will follow.
I look to work with conscientious small/family business owners or managers with 1 to 10 employees, preferably in Lancashire who want a supportive business mentor but also have a desire to learn and willing to be held accountable for results.

Fees
For reference fees are approximatly £60/hour for consultancy and coaching however we do offer fixed fees and discounted half day/day rates.
Mentoring
Business Safety Mentor on retained basis
Business reassurance and support through background advice and resources.
Coaching
Consultations to progress safety goals as required. Great for controlling budget or pace by the frequency and duration of sessions.
The coachee remains accountable for results but with the experience, knowledge and tools of the coach.
Training
Engaging onsite and convenient online short certificated safety awareness courses.
This is to meet basic but critical business needs and demonstrate competence in an effective, practical way.
Consultancy
Health and Safety advice / assistance as and when required
Offering solutions and work carried on businesses behalf such as drafting documents, site visits or assistance with accreditations.
CDM (Construction)
Working holistically on smaller construction projects assisting clients and contractors to coordinate legal safety documents and maintain site standards. We also support subcontractors as required through consultancy.
