As enthusiastic lead in health and safety for a large derverse multi functional organisation I have experience in providing professional Occupational Health and Safety advice accross disicplines such as, event safety management including Event Director for the Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre that attracts over 130,000 visitors over the 3.5 days, production of H&S policies, risk assessments, stress risk assessment, fire arrangements/Strategies/risk assessment, COSHH assessments, Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assements and workplace ergnomics, accident/incident investigation, Violence at Work (VAW), plant and machinery, office safety, Lone working, Expectant mothers, Stress, Work place transport, Sports centres & swimming pools, Electrical safety, working with volenteers, manual handling training.  Experience in introducing drug and alcohol policies, testing at all levels of an organisation.  Sat on the management committee for (20 years +) Suffolk North Essex Occupational Safety Group a successfull group who have been winners of the Alan Butler Gold Award, awarded by RoSPA Safety Groups UK.
