My company is registered as a rail supplier via RISQS and is also registered with the ICO for data protection. I hold PTS/Sentinel Card.

Conducting audits to measure compliance with procedures, standards, legislation, RAMS and client requirments.

Providing competent advice and guidance.
Production and maintenance of Legal & Other Requirement Registers which involves the initial identification of applicable legislation. On a monthly basis reviewing legislation, translating it, identifying the compliance measures and producing an Update List. This also covers the reviewing of Rail Group and Network Rail Standards.
Production of Policies, Procedures, Forms, Toolbox Talks etc.
The initial production of a Legal & Other Requirements (L&O) Register.
Review of legislation and standards on a monthly basis resulting in the updating of the L&O Register and the production of an Update List. The Update List negates the reading of the whole register everytim there is a change.
Bespoke Training
Conducting of Manual Handling and Fire Warden.Marshal Training.
Production and conducting of ad hoc training such as H&S&E Induction.
Issued certificates for those who have undertaken Manual Handling & Fire Warden Training.
H&S&E Induction & ad hoc training lessons for companies to continue using.
Display Screen Equipment (DSE)
Conducting of DSE Assessments and the provision of guidance and advice.
Reviewing of DSE Assessments.
DSE Assessments for individuals.
Review of DSE Assessments and identification of renedial actions to resolve raised issues.
Manual Handling
Conducting and production of manual handling assessments and where required manual handling training.
Provision of guidance and advice.
Manual Handling Assessments covering manual handling operations that are being undertaken.
The identification of remedial action in order to resolve raised issues.
Fire
Conducting of fire risk assessments covering buidlings and the activities undertaken in them.
Documented fire risk assessment identifying the controls in place, remedial action and time frames for resolving raised issues. Provision of guidance and advice to assist with resolving the remedial actions.
