Neil's previous role at Napthens Health and Safety was a senior health and safety consultant at Napthens Health and Safety, reporting into the Head of health and Safety, Neil was responsible for the delivery of health and safety consultancy services and training, developing the framework for technical health and safety competence development and governance within the health and safety consultant team. Neil has also previously worked in the Educational Travel industry and Outdoor Adventurous Activity industry for over 16 years in a health and safety role. During this time he has become an accomplished and dedicated safety professional with a wealth of knowledge of health and safety legislation, educational travel safety legislation and best practice. This knowledge and competence allows him to provide safety advice not only across the travel and educational sectors but also health and safety advice to many other organisations.
