Responsible for the delivery of health and safety consultancy services and training, developing the framework for technical health and safety competence, development and governance within the health and safety consultant team. Working with new clients and attending potential new client meetings in order to establish health and safety service requirements and to advise on the services offered by Napthens Health and Safety.  Consultancy services offered:

Liaise with Principal Designers, reviewing Pre-Construction Information to produce Construction Phase Plans, Fire Risk Assessments and Risk assessments & method statements for fit out and refurbishment projects for Euro Garages (KFC and Starbucks).  Carry out risk assessments for the office environment, on-site joinery workshop and spray booth.

Safety Manager 

Ensure adherence to company defined safety standards and external governing body requirements during customer educational school trips and office employees. Engage in successful negotiations with suppliers regarding safety audit non-conformities through implementation of audit trail system to ascertain practical measures execution and resultant safety of clients. Execute drafting, implementation, and communication of latest policies, risk assessments, and safety procedures regarding work. Register supplier safety information on CMS and facilitate customers by informing safety guidelines for travel. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents through collaborative effort with managers and facilitate insurers and loss adjusters in swift case reviews to minimise civil liability claims. Manage and leverage efforts for external audit programme for third party suppliers, including accommodation providers, coach operators, and visit and excursion suppliers. Propagate information learned through incident evaluations within the organisation to reduce recurrence rates and implement corrective changes on need basis.
