Overview
I predominantly work with construction client and principal designers, equipping them with the skills and arrangements they need to comply with the CDM Regulations 2015. I have worked on projects up to £3.2bn in value. I have recently (May 2018) trained my 500th Principal Designer. The Association for Project Safety has accredited my one day training course "The Principal Designer Role in Facilities Management". As a result of my recently-submitted PhD many of my articles on leadership, culture, wellbeing and worker engagement have been published in the health and safety magazines.
