Paul Connor is an independent health and safety consultant that specialises in providing professional advice, support and assistance on all aspects of Occupational Health and Safety. I have SC clearance and am open and available to conversations to help move your business needs forward.
I am also a qualified trainer with an L3 education certificate enabling me to deliver First aid training and bespoke H&S training to suit your business needs alongside IOSH/IIRSM or internally varified courses.
With over 15 years of experience in dealing with a wide range of health and safety issues, from construction, site works, Heavy steel manufacturing and internal/external auditing, as well as tH&S training. I design, develop and deliver bespoke on site Health and Safety training including First aid training, CoSHH, Noise, Risk Assessment, Manual Handling and Working at height.
I undertake general and specific workplace inspections and audits both internal and external.
I am also a full member of IIRSM with MIIRSM designation and am part of their Yorkshire and Humberside H&S committee as the Training and CPD co-ordinator.

Accredited Training
As a qualified first aid instructor i can deliver all levles of first aid to meet your business needs. the qualification is provided via Aid training and is recognised.
Delivery of all first aid requirements from full 3 day first aid to pediatrics and tailored half day emergency and appointed persons.
all course are certified and registered for compliance.

Ability to adapt current report procedures to meet your business needs to aid conducting all types of investigations from accidents, incidents and near miss including unsafe acts, through to major non conformances within the business
