With over twenty years of experience as a department head in the print industry, I have successfully managed employees and implemented continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of management principles and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic and results-oriented manner.

In recent years, my professional development has focused on providing strategic leadership in health and safety on behalf of Green Hat Consulting. I have undertaken various courses and certifications, including CMI Level 8 Strategic Direction and Leadership, NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management, and other qualifications that have enhanced my expertise in these areas.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to develop and implement health and safety strategic management plans for clients. This includes establishing key performance indicators, planning audits and inspections, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and setting a clear vision for the future of health and safety within organisations. I have also been responsible for monitoring and reviewing health and safety performance against set goals, ensuring continuous improvement.

As part of my role at Green Hat Consulting, I have played a key role in expanding the health and safety department. This involved building a consultancy team, setting department goals, and establishing personal objectives for team members. I have implemented a training and competency matrix, conducted performance appraisals, and effectively managed the performance of individuals within the department.

Additionally, I have successfully managed a retained client base while attracting new stakeholders. Through regular communication, performance reviews, and training programs, I have met and exceeded client expectations and supported their health and safety change management initiatives
