The factory has delivered a new major aerospace component pulse assembly line, and is now achieving delivery of 8 units a month alongside a 50% reduction in ltif rate, low sickness absence and higher engagement scores. Instrumental to this success has been early engagement in the concepts and detail work with the engineering function, integration between the manufacturing system supplier, the factory building and the production teams.
