Profile: Roger has over 35 years’ experience of managing SHEQ disciplines. He is Chair of the local IOSH MID Shire Branch, past Vice Chair of the IOSH Retail & Distribution Committee and Chair of the Northampton Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental Association (NOSHEA). Able to engage at all levels of a business with an enthusiastic and practical approach, delivering a comprehensive range of advice, guidance and leadership.
He provides “A sensible approach to achieving excellence” through understanding how things can be done effectively with the involvement of all concerned, providing not a barrier to business but an enabler.
