Overview
My particular expertise is in the field stress management, stress prevention and enhancing wellbeing. This includes health education, enhancing resilience and wellbeing, stress assessment/audits and training of managers and staff. I am a Professor of Practice at the Wales Academy for Professional Practice and Applied Research, University of Wales Trinity St David. I have visiting professorial posts at Aalborg University, Denmark, and undertake stress research. I am a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, Chartered Scientist and Chartered Psychologist. I have written/edited over 50 books on a range of topics including stress, resilience and wellbeing.
