I possess many years of experience operating at a hands on ‘Grass Roots’ level but equally capable of dealing with and communicating issues at a Senior Executive level along with an ability to manage complex and diverse programmes for single or multiple stakeholders, addressing project compliance and providing leadership to internal and external clients with a significant level of experience in the development of bespoke HSE management systems, I always work to current legislation, policies and procedures in line with enforcement agency expectations.

My experience includes all aspects of managing HSE in sectors across a broad range of disciplines including M&E, Construction and Civils (including ground works), working on Multi-Million pound projects for high profile Clients such as BP, Shell, Statoil, Conoco Phillips, National Grid and Total, both on and offshore including complex Upper Tier COMAH sites.My exposure to multi-national and multi-cultural organisations allows me to communicate effectively and diplomatically at all staff levels, I have a particularly strong ability to coach and mentor using many different forms of training by focusing on the behavioral aspects of working in a safe environment.
