Health and Safety Phase plan, Health and Safety File, the construction company I represent and have achieved Construction to Principal Contractor status in 16 years in the CHAS accreditation scheme. I have done all aspects of Occupational Health and Safety work construction specific, E.G site inspections, risk assessments, and work method statements, safe systems of work, Safe operating procedures, and accident investigations co-coordinating with the Health and Safety Executive on a few occasions. I have trained all Contract Managers, Health and Safety Coordinator/Supervisor/Team leaders and trained selected employees on Site Coordinator Training. I have done various paperwork for Constructionline Procurement and other Accreditation schemes for several other construction companies
