Mr ASHLEY HASLETT

Overview
Ashley established Health & Safety Consulting Ltd. following a career in the high hazard industries. The business proposition is based around creating a strategy and accompanying clients on a journey that coaches, facilitates and develops personnel at all levels of a company to improve a companies safety and health performance.
Many companies, especially those operating in the high hazard industries recognize the value of successful safety management. They will have implemented and operated systems that identify hazards, implement adequate control measures and drive the injury rate downwards. However, they reach a point whereby the injury rate plateaus at a level higher than that to be an acceptable the corporate risk.
Health & Safety Consulting Ltd. offers a range of services from an initial consultation with the senior management of a company outlining the journey that would suit them to improve their safety performance, to a bespoke program that accompanies them throughout the journey to a significantly improved safety culture. Support is also provided through the delivery of the Cogent Skills suite of Process Safety courses (Process Safety Leadership, Process Safety Foundations and Process Safety Management for Operations) along with the development of Competence Management Systems.
