Based in Glasgow, I am ideally placed to service customers in the Central Belt of Scotland and beyond. I established my own health and safety consultancy and training company in January 2015, having previously been employed in various risk management roles since 1992. I am a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, a Chartered member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), and an experienced and professionally qualified tutor and safety auditor. Consultancy work can be carried out across all industries, and is aimed at keeping the client compliant with as little hassle as possible. Work includes audits, policy formulation, completion of risk assessments, and development of safe systems of work, including permit to work systems. With a strong background in insurance related risk management, I am ideally placed to offer assistance with health and safety requirements resulting from insurance company visits. I am also a very experienced and qualified trainer, and as well as delivering courses including IOSH and NEBOSH, training including briefings and seminars can be developed and delivered to customers’ own requirements.
