 Reformatted all H&S related policies, created disaster and incident recovery plan, bolstered membership of the H&S committee, and negotiated the appointment of a H&S Champion from the College Council.

Working in conjunction with the people team for the introduction of a college wide LMS in addition to creating and delivering mandatory in-house H&S training material.

Direct 5 H&S Managerial personnel within GreenSquareAccord housing association across the Midlands, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire. Developed a 2-year H&S merger plan and the 5-year H&S road map and strategy for the newly merged organisation. Developed 2 H&S campaigns for the first year of merger; “I am responsible for safety” and “Stop, Think, Examine & Proceed (STEP). Introduced Group wide procedures for lone working, including the correct selection and use of personal safety monitoring devices.
