I have been in the field of OSH since 1999 and started in the health and hospital facilities including the small  & medium industries. I have been a trainer and lecturer for NIOSH Malaysia, the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Sabah branch since 2003 and recently a trainer for the Sabah Skills And Training Center (SSTC). I am a certified and accredited trainer by Human Resource Development Corporation Malaysia (HRDCorp). I was the lead in safety, health and hygiene for the Sabah state health department for 10 years from 1999 to 2009. As of January 2021, I am a Certified Professional Industrial Hygienist (CPIH) and a freelance OSH Consultant. Starting 2022, I am appointed as honarary Industrial Hygiene Advisor to the Sabah State Health Department, Malaysia.
