Overview
Malcolm is a highly-respected chartered safety practitioner having gained almost 40 years extensive experience in a wide range of working environments including the military,electrical engineering,manufacturing,road haulage and the water/ waste utility sector.
Malcolm has effective leadership and problem-solving skills to support, mentor, encourage and motivate either individuals or teams towards the achievement of set goals and objectives.
As well as being an experienced facilitator and safety trainer, Malcolm is able to provide a range of practical and efficient independent Health, Safety and Welfare advice tailored to organisational or individual needs.
