Construction Work

With CDM 2015, the requirement for Designers and Contractors to identify operational risks and then to manage these risks.

I will work with designers to identify these hazards and guide them in how to manage them. Along with a comprehensive liaison service between the Designers and the Contractors.
To complement this service I can also assist in the development of the Construction Phase Plan and Logistics plan such as CLOCS compliance.

General consultancy

Other than providing general advice on H&S matters. I also specilise in Business Management Systems, such as OHSAS and ISO. Along with standard process management, so that I can integrate various management requirements.

I believe that with a simple but robust Business Management System that has a holistic approach is essential and that it is simple to understand at all levels.

Review and guidance on business management systems development, installation and maintenance. I will aim to work with all employees within the company to produce a management system that works holtically within your company 

Events and exhibitions

Since CDM 2015, the event industry falls under this regulation I work along side the event team to identify operational risks and then to manage these risks during the build of the event, the public aspects and the dismantiling stages.

I will work with event team to identify these hazards and guide them in how to manage them. Along with a comprehensive liaison service between the Contractors and the event team.
To complement this service I can also assist in the development of the Construction Phase Plan.
