Mon Safety Services Ltd was developed in 2013 when the owner Mike Mowbray was contracted to work with BMW Mini in Plant Oxford implementing OHSAS 18001 as a consultant.  Mike has extensive experience in Health & Safety covering a variety of sectors from Construction & Civil Engineering, Metal Manufacturing, Hospitality to Automotive Industry.  Mike first made a career change when he obtained the NEBOSH National General Certificate in 2005. Mike then obtained the NVQ - Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice in 2012.  Mike is also a member of IOSH where he is now a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH).  In the last 3 years Mike has been involved with a number of projects from Highways, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy e.g.Hydro Electricity and Windfarm construction. 

Mike is an individual who believes in encouraging others to work in such a way that they remain healthy and safe in their place of work.  Mike is a proffesional who aspires to best practice in Health & Safety and he encourages other to be the same.  Mike is very influential at the improvement statistics back up his desire for continuous improvement.
