Jun 2024 – Present: RCCG Redemption Camp, Pierrepoint, UK, Event Health and Safety Manager. 

Support the Camp Director of Estates and Facilities in establishing and implementing a quality, health, and safety strategy, policies, and large-event management, covering over 5,000 delegates, to ensure safe operations that meet business plan, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.  

Ensured risk assessments have been carried out on all facilities  

Created and updated policies, systems and processes to improve efficiencies  

Assessed the workplace, ensuring necessary policies are in place

Carried out fire safety risk assessment and developed time action points and resolutions.  

Ensured PAT testing of all compliances

Ensured appropriate reporting representation with stakeholders.  

Safe Management of a quarterly four-day event covering over five thousand delegates  

Contractors’ management, including food vendors, Marquees installers, sound engineers, CDM, security and traffic management, etc.  

Maintain staff training and volunteers to meet the large event requirements.
