Paul is an experienced health and safety consultant, auditor and trainer. He has delivered solutions for clients including professional sport, haulage, mining, leisure operations, forestry operations, swimming pools and sports centres, facilities management, public transport, food and beverage supply and manufacture, printing and housing operations . He has undertaken audits, training and consultancies in Europe, the Middle east and Africa as well as in multiple organisations in the UK. Paul worked as a safety manager at a mine with Deep shafts and open cast operations for around 4 years.
Paul s qualified as an auditor for ISO 9001, 14001,and ISO 45001 (QMS,EMS & OHSMS.)
Paul has also acted as facilitator for the implementation of 9001/14001 and 45001 standards for clients from scratch to certification.

During 2019/2021 Paul has been seconded to ITM -Power ltd with a view to recruit and retain a full time Head of Safety this was completed in March, since then Paul has been helping a major international  producer gain ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 moving towards ISO45001.

From a development point of view paul has recently completed FPA Fire Risk Assessment courses and the CFPA Europe Ordinary Diploma in Fire Prevention and become a regestered Fire risk assessor IFSRM
