I am  a qualified and experienced Health & Safety professional, holding Cert IOSH status as a result of attaining the NEBOSH National Diploma for Occupational Health & Safety Management Professionals. I also have a degree in Psychology and Social Science.

Prior to working with Citation, I spent 12 years in a variety of Health & Safety management roles, primarily working in the engineering and manufacturing industries but also dealing with construction projects and HR, along with facilities management and maintenance.

I was responsible for implementation of short- and long-term Health & Safety improvement strategies, accident investigations, delivering training, setting budgets, acquiring relevant products and services. I have a good insight into the practicalities and challenges that can be faced when looking to implement Health & Safety improvements within a business.

My commitment to providing the best possible service to clients stems from a desire to be approachable, helpful and supportive, hopefully taking advantage of my extensive experience within the field to drive continual improvement and maintain a safe and healthy workforce.
