Practicing freelance Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Construction Design Management (CDM) Consultant, currently providing health and safety advice and development training to several clients including Pembrokeshire County Council, the service, construction, and care sector.  Also, a Practical Examinations Moderator for the National Examination Body in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).   Previously worked as a lecturer and NVQ Internal Verifier and Assessor in Health, Safety, and Management at Pembrokeshire College.  Responsibilities included the planning and delivery of the NEBOSH National General Certificate, all Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) accredited courses and the CCNSG Site Safety Passport. An effective team player with proven leadership skills and well regarded by senior colleagues as having good analytical, and problem-solving skills.
