Provide a consultancy and advisory service to the construction sector, business and senior managers for all Health & Safety related legislative requirements. Interpret and implement all new legislation to ensure legislative compliance which also meets the needs of your business. Carry out audits of existing Health and Safety Management systems and provide an action plan to assist with legal compliance. Provide management support for implementation of Health and Safety Management systems Identify, coordinate, provide and deliver Health & Safety training including toolbox talks. Set up and monitor efficient machine safety, maintenance and repair. Develop Health & Safety policies and procedures; promote positive Health & Safety culture and plan, implement and monitor risk assessment activity. Provide risk assessments, safe system of work documentation and construction phase plans. Provide a proactive approach for ongoing health and safety compliance, risk assessment and safe system of work activities Monitor and audit contractors on site and provide advice to senior managers. Co-ordinate incident investigation and analysis, including near misses. Provide a competent fire risk assessment and fire safety training. Provide Construction Phase Plans and carry out construction site safety inspections.
