Ryan Malone
Overview
With 9 years of experience in occupational health and safety, I bring a lifelong passion for the profession, proudly following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather. I have dedicated my career to upholding the highest standards of health and safety across various industries, with a particular focus on renewable energy, including solar, wind, biomass, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
I began my career with an apprenticeship in health and safety, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the demolition and housebuilding sectors. This early foundation shaped my practical approach and understanding of complex safety challenges.
Today, I serve as the Director of HSEF, a family business where I have taken over from my father. My role involves leading a dedicated team to deliver bespoke health and safety consultancy services, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.
At HSEF, we specialise in providing on-site advisors, principal designer and CDM services, safety management systems, and support for SSIP accreditation. With a deep commitment to the renewable energy industry, I strive to help businesses achieve operational success while safeguarding their workforce and the environment.
If you are looking for a passionate, experienced, and forward-thinking health and safety consultant, I would be delighted to support your business needs.
